Our Customer Service Policies
Ordering
You may place an order using our website, or by calling us during business hours at 603-926-4422. Most orders are processed for shipment the same business day that they are placed, and we ship orders five days per week, excluding US federal holidays. If you would like to change or cancel an order after placing it, please call or email.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within one business day of receipt. Transit time is typically 3-5 business days. All books ship via USPS Media Mail. International shipping is not available. Local pickup of website, eBay or Amazon orders is available at our Newington, NH location. To arrange local pickup, please place your order and then contact us by phone or email to arrange pickup. Enter coupon code PICKUP at checkout on the website and no postage will be charged. New Hampshire does not have a sales tax on the products we sell and no tax is assessed on any purchases picked up from our location. Postage will be refunded for any eBay or Amazon orders picked-up, but we cannot refund any sales tax paid as those taxes are collected by Amazon and eBay based on the purchaser's domicile. Pickup is generally available 60 minutes after your order is received weekdays from 9AM - 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM - 2 PM.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns for exchange or refund for 30 calendar days after delivery of the order, and returns for Christmas holiday gift purchases may be made through January 31. Please contact us if you receive a damaged item, or if an item is missing from your order. Damaged items or items missing from an order may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Undamaged items that are returned must be in new, unaltered and unused condition showing no signs of wear or damage. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s), and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault for the return. Refunds will be given in the form of the payment method used for the original purchase transaction.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders as payment for orders placed on our website. Google Pay and PayPal checkout may also be used to pay for your order. Checks from new customers will be required to clear prior to an order being shipped. Prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs and these costs will be shown at checkout or can be estimated prior to checkout. Free shipping is available for orders of at least $100.00.
